We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our remote sales team and drive growth for our dual study programs. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing sales activities, achieving goals, and monitoring team performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a remote sales team of up to 13 B2B and B2C sales employees
- Develop and implement targeted coaching and individual development plans for team members
- Manage sales activities and achieve goals for your area, monitoring team performance based on clear KPIs
- Acquire new customers and support prospective students to drive growth
- Optimize and develop existing sales processes for maximum efficiency
- Several years of sales experience in a consulting-intensive environment, ideally in telephone customer acquisition in the B2C or B2B sector
- Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or a degree in business administration with initial leadership experience, preferably in the customer service sector
- Experience in B2B sales and a strong service orientation, actively driving sales activities
- Lived value consciousness, hands-on mentality, open and appreciative feedback culture, and a balanced relationship between target setting and supportive guidance
- Proficient in common MS Office programs and confident negotiation in German
