Our mission is to provide a holistic veterinary experience, equipped with advanced medical technology to facilitate effective treatment. Our facilities feature state-of-the-art tools such as digital radiography, in-house laboratories, and laser therapy, ensuring that our team can deliver top-notch care.
Role ResponsibilitiesThe Lead Veterinary Technician will:
- Supervise the veterinary treatment support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Implement and uphold company policies while keeping the team informed about updates and new practices.
- Participate in monthly team meetings and training sessions to foster professional development.
- Ensure the treatment support staff are adept in the examination processes as guided by the veterinarians.
- Promote effective time management skills among staff to maintain consistent patient care.
- Provide enthusiastic training on client education and engagement.
Skills & Experience:
- Certification as a veterinary technician or equivalent experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a veterinary environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience in inventory management.
- Ability to conduct effective training sessions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of veterinary practices and client education.
- Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts within operational hours.

CompensationThe salary for this position ranges from $24 to $28 per hour.
