- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans to address the unique needs of each individual.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and resources to provide comprehensive support services.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures to ensure high-quality services.
- Provide education and support to individuals, families, and communities on mental health topics and resources.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Registered AMFT, ASW, or APCC with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- Licensed LMFT.
- Class C Driving License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
