About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Backroom Coordinator. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing and merchandising of products, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Processing: Execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team.
  • Customer Experience: Engage and interact with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and role-modeling exceptional customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles, and communicate effectively with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
  • Productivity and Organization: Monitor productivity of the team, coach as necessary, and maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the backroom area.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Communication and Organization: Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $13.00 to $13.50, depending on experience.
