Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coat Tech to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that parts are painted to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pretreat, clean, mask, prime, and powder coat a variety of parts according to customer specifications.
  • Perform quality checks, including first piece, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Ensure parts are loaded correctly onto the line for maximum capacity.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of Powder Coating or Industrial Painting experience.
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 50lbs.
