Powder Coater Technician

As a skilled Powder Coater Technician at NCW, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the painting process. Your primary responsibility will be to apply a uniform coat of powder to various parts, adhering to customer specifications and industry regulations.

• Pretreat and clean parts to prepare them for coating
• Apply a uniform coat of powder to parts using a conveyor system
• Perform quality checks, including first piece, in-process, and final inspections
• Ensure parts are loaded correctly onto the line for maximum capacity
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize coating processes and improve efficiency

• 2+ years of experience in powder coating or a related field
• 1+ years of experience working with painting on a conveyor system
• 1+ years of experience with paint involving wash stages
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 50lbs
• Technical certifications are preferred or 2+ years of powder coating experience
