The Medical Director of Resident Care will be responsible for assessing resident care needs, directing and supervising staff to meet those needs, and coordinating with other members of the Inter-Disciplinary Team (IDT) to develop and implement a plan of care that meets the individual needs of each resident.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess resident care needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Direct and supervise staff to ensure resident care needs are met
  • Coordinate with IDT members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and evaluate resident care outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
