Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a school setting. As an SLPA, you will work closely with students who require speech therapy to help them achieve their communication goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to individuals with communication difficulties, targeting goals and objectives outlined in their treatment plans.
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other educational professionals to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
- Guarantee a high level of student engagement and progress through creative and engaging therapy techniques.
Requirements:
- Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathologists in Washington.
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Experience working in schools and with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is preferred.
