  • Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing frameworks, and customer loyalty enhancement projects while coordinating global forecasts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for issues related to achieving sales objectives (Pricing, Product, availability, coverage).
  • Manage compliance responsibilities and stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes impacting the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct product performance evaluations, assess customer job site efficiencies, and gather product and customer requirements to identify opportunities for incremental sales and product improvement.
  • Monitor PINS trends, industry forecasts, demand variations, and fundamental customer requirements.

Required Skills:

Technical Proficiency: Strong applications experience, life cycle cost understanding of dealer and customer applications, and insight into industry and market needs. Demonstrated creativity, sound business judgment, and exceptional machine application or marketing knowledge, along with an awareness of customer financial implications.

Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Hydraulic Mining Shovel or related mining products and services; ability to apply this knowledge effectively across diverse scenarios.

Effective Communication: Strong communication skills across product, industry, dealer, and customer audiences to foster understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations. Ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures, both internally and externally, while effectively resolving differences.

Negotiation Skills: Knowledge of successful negotiation strategies; ability to negotiate effectively within the organization and with external partners in a constructive manner.

Relationship Management: Expertise in relationship management techniques; ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
