Join Our Team as an Assessment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assessment Coordinator to join our team at Rockford Center. As a key member of our Admissions Department, you will play a vital role in assessing and evaluating the needs of individuals in crisis, ensuring they receive the most appropriate services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from individuals and referral sources seeking treatment.
  • Monitor electronic referral source systems to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Assist in the initial triage of individuals presenting for services, providing critical support and guidance.
  • Facilitate the admission process, including completing admission paperwork, data entry, verification of insurance, and completion of prior authorizations of services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for clients, families, and guests.

Qualifications:
