As a Tax Associate, you will be a value architect delivering tax advisory and compliance services to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing tax compliance and advisory services to S-corporations, partnerships, individuals and corporations ranging from middle market to multinational companies
  • Participating in tax research projects on a variety of tax issues, helping to draft IRS responses and addressing other tax authority inquiries
  • Teamwork with leaders on special projects in various areas of corporate and flow-through taxation such as accounting methods and ASC 740
  • Communicating and teaming with specialty tax practices on complicated tax matters in the state and local, high net worth, international, research and development, and credits and incentives areas
  • Utilizing entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or law, or a related degree in business, with sufficient coursework and credits to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam in the state you are being considered
  • Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Relevant internship, work experience, and/or involvement with a professional organization
  • Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
