National Fleet Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled National Fleet Specialist to join our team at American CyberSystems, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaison between Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to configure non-employee vehicles or source existing vehicles for placement into service.
  • Vehicle Coordination: Work with assigned departments to coordinate vehicle arrival, exchange, returned vehicle location, and condition of vehicles.
  • Fleet Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation of exchanges and fleet conditions at the time of exchange and reflect in Vehicle Administration systems.
  • Fleet Refresh: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and assigned Department fleet owners to ensure adequate inventory levels, minimizing downtime and reducing aged vehicles.
  • Vehicle Arrival and Exchange: Direct and coordinate with assigned departments and dealership staff to ensure vehicle arrival, exchange, returned vehicle location, and condition of returned vehicle.
  • Fleet Optimization: Optimize and balance fleet inventory to help the business deliver on key metrics, such as highest resale value and shortest days to see, while providing a quality fleet program resulting in greater operational excellence.
  • Data Management: Maintain and record accurate data of vehicles via Vehicle Administration systems and electronic check-out sheets, including plate assignment, in-service dates, customer assignment, pick-up/return vehicle condition, program, event, damage disclosures, etc.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of prior work experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
