Job Role

Are you a skilled technician looking for a challenging role in the HVAC industry? Look no further As a Mechanical Systems Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing complex mechanical systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems, including boilers, chillers, and air handlers
  • Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure system efficiency and safety
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

Necessary Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
  • Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
