Role Overview:
The Retail Support Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all individuals, including:

  • Fellow team members
  • Customers
  • Donors

This dynamic position involves various tasks, ensuring that each day is engaging and productive for our retail team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and manage transactions at the checkout.
- Price and organize merchandise for the sales floor.
- Process donations to achieve production targets for both the retail space and warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Position Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, with an average weight of 20 lbs for donation processing.
- Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Information:
- Successful completion of a background screening is required.
- Enjoy up to 6% employer contributions to retirement after one year of service.
- The starting wage for this position is $14.47 per hour, with additional incentive pay based on store performance.

Work Schedule:
- The schedule includes rotating shifts across afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with a requirement to work at least 3 weekends each month. Flexibility in availability is essential.
