**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Overnight Front Desk Associate to join our team at Grand Fitness Partners. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, prospective members, and guests while ensuring a welcoming and non-intimidating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and guests, assist with questions and concerns, and promote our Judgement Free Zone.
  • Resolve member concerns, answer phones, and perform membership-related functions.
  • Execute retail transactions, drive sales goals, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Perform regular walk-throughs, address safety and cleanliness concerns, and report maintenance issues.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age, willing to become CPR/AED certified, and have basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk and stand for prolonged periods, and continuously talk on the phone or in person.
