Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Lourdes Medical Center, Lourdes Counseling Center, and Trios Southridge Hospital. As a Clinical Staff Pharmacist, you will provide clinical pharmacist services, utilizing computerized resources to ensure safe and effective drug utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other clinicians, such as nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals on a daily basis.
  • Verify orders and write orders based on established protocols.
  • Provide consultation and patient education.
  • Coordinate and closely review activities of pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient operations in accordance with federal and state regulations and hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years recent hospital pharmacy experience preferred, new graduates welcome.
  • Keyboarding skills preferred.
  • Must have/obtain a current Washington State Pharmacist License or license eligible.
  • Current Certified Washington Pharmacy preceptor or certification eligible preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse population.
