This full-time position will be based out of our facility and will support the maintenance department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for PMs and Calibrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance and calibration activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Implement production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements to meet business objectives.
  • Review and revise production schedules to determine materials and parts requirements.
  • Coordinate the delivery, assembly, and distribution of components and sub-assemblies to support production flow.
  • Provide estimated in-stock dates for make-to-order manufactured items and coordinate procurement of purchase on-demand print components.
  • Identify and communicate overdue material issues to purchasing teams and collaborate on root cause analysis.
  • Assist in troubleshooting inventory control issues and contact suppliers to verify shipment details.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in purchase order process, file systems, preventative maintenance, and calibration scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS, Emaint, SAP, or related maintenance scheduling systems.
