Telepharmacy Technician

The Telepharmacy Technician is a critical role in our CVS Telepharmacy Remote Dispensing Pharmacy locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacies, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting; experience with telepharmacy operations a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
