Telepharmacy Technician

The Telepharmacy Technician is a critical role within our CVS Pharmacy team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Telepharmacy Remote Dispensing Pharmacy locations. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Super Pharmacy Technician, Technician, Customer Service, Pharmacy, and Store Manager to provide exceptional patient care and support.

• Manage daily operations of the Telepharmacy Remote Dispensing Pharmacy location, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and CVS Pharmacy policies.
• Collaborate with the Super Pharmacy Technician to oversee the dispensing of medications and provide technical support as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the Pharmacy and Store Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
