Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living needs
- Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and self-advocacy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Hourly rate of $17.00 and full benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match
