Rbjk Marketing Llc is a prominent organization specializing in parking lot management services for commercial and industrial properties across the nation. Our expertise encompasses Line Striping, Seal Coating, Crack Filling, and asphalt repair solutions.


Position Summary

This position entails engaging in various physical labor tasks, which include measuring, marking, and outlining parking lot spaces, characters, numbers, and stencils utilizing a mechanical striping apparatus. The Team Lead will also oversee the inspection and upkeep of all striping tools and materials, ensuring the functionality of vehicle tires, lights, brakes, fuel, and oil, while executing minor repairs on the striping equipment as necessary. Additional related services will also be performed as required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up, marking, stenciling, and measuring parking areas according to assigned work orders
  • Managing traffic flow in and around work zones
  • Reviewing and comprehending all equipment operation manuals
  • Loading and unloading paint containers from trailers
  • Applying paint with mechanical striping machines
  • Ensuring paint application adheres to manufacturer specifications
  • Assisting with site cleanup after job completion
  • Leading safety meetings and team briefings
  • Participating in safety protection activities
  • Traveling to and from job sites
  • Supporting other fieldwork tasks and maintaining warehouse organization
  • Assisting with seal coating and asphalt repair applications
  • Ensuring the team is equipped with necessary materials for job execution

Qualifications:

  • Positive demeanor
  • High school diploma or GED; or one to three years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of the business and proven skills in striping and related service preparation and execution
  • Ability to perform calculations related to measurements, weights, areas, circumferences, and volumes
  • Experience is beneficial but not mandatory
