We prioritize your safety and well-being, providing 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths to ensure a comfortable and reliable ride. Our routes take you across all 48 states, with the majority of freight east of I-35, allowing you to explore new territories and experience the diversity of America's roads.

Our freight is carefully curated to minimize touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload. This means you'll spend less time handling cargo and more time on the road, where you can focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers.

We're committed to empowering our drivers with flexibility and autonomy. Our 24/7 operations specialist is always available to assist with any issues or concerns, and we tailor our shifts to meet your needs and preferences.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive pay scale, with detention pay of $12.50 per hour after the second hour and layover/breakdown pay of $100 per day. You'll also be eligible for a mileage bonus of 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, paid out on the 1st of the month following your hire date.
