Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Sonographer to join our team at NYULMC. As a Diagnostic Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic sonographic examinations utilizing ultrasonic equipment in various modes and techniques to locate, evaluate and record pertinent anatomical, pathological and functional data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Diagnostic Sonographic Examinations: Utilize ultrasonic equipment in various modes and techniques to locate, evaluate and record pertinent anatomical, pathological and functional data.
  • Operate Ultrasound Equipment: Make quality images and perform studies in required modalities.
  • Provide Training and Guidance: Train and guide Ultrasound Technology students.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an Accredited U/S Program: Must be a graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
  • ARDMS Registry: Must be registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
  • U/S Experience: Must have experience in ultrasound.
