  • Supervise the completion of process control and quality assurance documentation for precision and punctuality.
  • Conduct training sessions for hourly staff on job responsibilities, Good Manufacturing Practices, safety regulations, and company procedures.
  • Accurately complete necessary documentation and reports within specified timelines.
  • Maintain open communication with department leadership regarding personnel, equipment, process control, quality, safety, or sanitation concerns.
  • Report maintenance and sanitation challenges to appropriate departments for prompt resolution.
  • Provide guidance and discipline to employees as necessary to uphold a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns at the initial level.
  • Support other departments as required.
  • Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain on feet for the duration of the shift. Weekend work may be required as scheduled.
  • Engage in activities involving standing, lifting, pulling, climbing, pushing, and bending.
  • Work in elevated ambient temperatures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
