Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Morgan Properties. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and repair of our apartment communities, providing excellent customer service to our residents, and working collaboratively with our property management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment, and performing preventative maintenance.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from residents and property management staff in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work in an on-call rotation, which may require nights and weekend flexibility.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Personal vehicle and auto insurance.
  • One or more years of experience in apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and small appliance repair.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
