Role Responsibilities

As a Security Investigator, you will leverage your background in loss prevention to mitigate financial losses stemming from theft or improper business practices within a vibrant retail setting. If you aspire to advance your career in security and retail asset management with a company celebrated for its quality and significant savings, this role may be for you.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting loss prevention activities as part of the retail operations team.
  • Monitoring and patrolling premises to deter theft, violence, or violations of company policies.
  • Providing support and raising awareness about loss prevention through established policies and personal engagement.
  • Conducting surveillance and collaborating with law enforcement during shoplifter apprehensions.
  • Executing store opening and closing protocols.
  • Performing safety audits and inspections related to safety and fire prevention.
  • Responding to alarm activations.
  • Carrying out insurance inspections and investigations.

Candidate Requirements

Ideal candidates for the Investigator position should possess strong communication skills and the interpersonal abilities necessary to engage effectively with customers, management, and colleagues.   • Previous experience in retail loss prevention is preferred.
