Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial and operational outcomes for the designated business unit.
- Develop financial forecasts and evaluate performance against established budgets, previous forecasts, and historical data.
- Gather and present operational metrics for regular business unit review sessions.
- Create comprehensive presentations of financial and operational data for executive leadership.
- Offer financial guidance to business unit managers and operational teams to support the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Contribute to the formulation of corrective action strategies.
- Oversee the monitoring of business initiatives and the implementation of corrective measures.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance process efficiencies and action plans.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and return on investment analyses.
- Support acquisition due diligence processes.
- Engage in business unit accounting tasks, including month-end closing and account reconciliation.
- Lead or support initiatives aimed at process enhancement and automation, along with other special projects as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is essential; an MBA or CPA is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.
- Strong mathematical skills are necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this role or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is between $35 and $45 per hour. This range is based on various factors including education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Please note that employee compensation may be adjusted in the future.
