Job Overview

Skanska is seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to support the effective and timely procurement of goods and services for our projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regional and national procurement processes, protocols, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Procurement Manager in developing scopes of work for subcontractors and suppliers
  • Develop bid packages, conduct analysis interviews and comparisons, and select and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Review, negotiate, and document subcontractor and supplier primary subcontract and change order agreements
  • Manage the design process and relationships between design and construction to ensure quality, budget consciousness, and timely completion of documents
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Technology, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
