Our team comprises experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, chiropractors, and a licensed clinical social worker, all committed to patient-centered care.
Located in a thriving community, we have a rich history of serving our patients with compassion and expertise. Our practice is affiliated with PHPprime, which offers comprehensive support services designed to optimize our operations and patient care.

At Alpine Physician Partners, we prioritize work-life balance for all our staff and physicians. Our location is known for its vibrant community atmosphere, offering a blend of small-town charm and urban conveniences. Position Details:
- 1.0 FTE opportunity with 34 patient-facing hours per week
- Flexible work schedule with options for 4 or 5-day work weeks
- 1:8 call rotation; outpatient care only
- No inpatient responsibilities or obstetrics; no hospital affiliations
- On-site laboratory and imaging services
- Collaboration with Behavioral Health and Chiropractic professionals
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic institution
- Successful completion of a residency program in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related field
- Board Certification or Eligibility in the relevant specialty
- Must meet the credentialing standards set by the employer
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range:
up to $250K
