Job Overview

Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Designer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will be responsible for creating and managing visual content across multiple platforms, including graphic design, videography, and website development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for promotional, educational, and internal purposes.
  • Manage video projects from concept to completion, including storyboarding, filming, and post-production.
  • Design and develop responsive and user-friendly websites, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Maintain and update website content, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, communications, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Web Development, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, website development, and videography.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), and web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent technical skills in videography and video editing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
