Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Youth Outreach Coordinator. As a key member of our outreach team, you will play a vital role in delivering our Girl Scout Leadership Experience program to elementary-aged school girls in the Richmond, Rosenberg, and Missouri City areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct the Girl Scouts Inspire Me program, presenting contemporary issues curriculum to school girls.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and community organizations to promote our program.
  • Transport program supplies to and from the Girl Scouts Center, as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to plan and execute outreach events and activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our girls, parents, and community partners.
Requirements:
  • Dependable, enthusiastic, organized, and energetic individual with strong public speaking skills.
  • Ability to engage and relate to girls of various ethnicities, demographics, and ages.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid Texas driver's license, and proof of insurance.
  • High school graduate minimum required, some college or degree preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
