Job Summary

The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for performing accounting-related functions, including invoicing, cash app reconciliations, and data input for customer managers. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of accounting experience and proficiency in MS Windows, Office, and ERP software.

Essential Functions
  • Process customer invoices and post cash receipts
  • Reconcile bank accounts and input vendor invoices
  • Handle accounts payable functions
  • Data input of customer orders into ERP systems
  • Run special reports to support the accounting department
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
Position Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
