Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform venipunctures and plasma collection with precision and care.
  • Operate automated plasmapheresis machines with ease and efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with SOP, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
  • Train and lead new/existing employees to achieve excellence.
  • Report quality issues and procedural deviations to Quality Assurance and Management.
  • Educate new donors on the use of products made from donated plasma.
  • Monitor and assist center physicians with donor reactions.
  • Maintain proper ratios to ensure donor safety and quality of product.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
  • Phlebotomy certificate or license required by the state of employment.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to understand and follow protocol.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a medical or healthcare environment.
  • Specialized medical or phlebotomy training.
  • CPR certification.
  • Team lead/Supervisor experience.
