Career Opportunities for a Med Surg Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Cooley Dickinson Health Care, a member of the Mass General Brigham system. Our hospital is committed to advancing healthcare in western Massachusetts and has been since 1886.
This is a full-time position working 24 hours per week, with the possibility of flexing up to 12 hours or down 12 hours within a week based on patient care requirements. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Med/Surg nursing and possess excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is preferred, but not required. Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN) is mandatory, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
As a valued member of our team, you will have access to competitive pay, including an estimated $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
