Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our culinary team, you will:

  • Adhere to all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present dishes accurately.
  • Ensure the kitchen/station is set up properly each day.
  • Manage the requisition and stocking of all necessary food, paper products, and condiments.
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products in accordance with safety standards.
  • Maintain, clean, and break down all kitchen machinery and equipment as required.
  • Oversee the stock, cutting, and storage of perishables daily to guarantee product quality.
Qualifications

We seek candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a food service environment.
  • A valid food handler's permit, as mandated by law.
  • Brand certification, as required.
