About the Position:
The Customer Service Representative role at Uline involves working in a fast-paced call center environment where you will interact with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product information. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide product information, pricing, and shipping details to customers
- Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to resolve issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
