Job Overview

Staff Zone, a national leader in construction staffing, seeks a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our staffing services to commercial construction, industrial, and special event companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in sales, marketing, and business development to drive revenue growth
  • Aggressively track sales leads and visit regular and prospective customers to gain new business and maintain good customer service
  • Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales forms/customer applications
  • Strategize and communicate daily with fellow team members to achieve sales goals
  • Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management on a weekly basis

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and/or customer service a plus
  • Ability to aggressively close new business
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
