Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled Estate Planning attorney who is dedicated to positively impacting clients' lives and enjoys collaborating with families. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Trust Administration, Estate Planning, Conservatorships, and Court Supervised matters. You will have the chance to work alongside a dedicated team of professionals, engage in meaningful legal work, and build a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Trust Administration, Estate Planning, Conservatorships, and Court Supervised matters
  • Prepare legal documents with meticulous attention to detail
  • Operate both independently and collaboratively with the support team
  • Maintain a balanced workload with a target of 1,400 billable hours annually
  • Offer compassionate and empathetic guidance to clients during challenging times
  • Ensure organized and efficient work processes
  • Participate in conferences and ongoing training and mentoring programs

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and probate
  • Familiarity with Court and Non-Court Supervised Trust Administration and Conservatorships is preferred
  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
  • Strong drafting abilities with a keen eye for detail
  • A solid work ethic and a commitment to excellence
  • Experience managing billable hours effectively
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • A compassionate and patient approach to client interactions
