The Residential Clinician position at Elmcrest Children’s Center is a critical role in our Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP). This position requires a highly skilled and compassionate individual to provide clinical services to youth and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth and families within the QRTP.
- Conduct clinical assessments and documentation within established timeframes.
- Create, monitor, and evaluate treatment plan implementation and progress.
- Prioritize maintaining positive relationships with youth, families, and external representatives.
- Collaborate with members of the youth’s program management team for continuity of care.
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related mental health field.
- New York State licensure in Social Work or a related mental health field.
- Demonstrate high-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain professional licensure and adhere to ethical standards.
