HEAD SERVER (FULL & PART-TIME)

We are currently seeking candidates for multiple HEAD SERVER roles.

Position Overview: This position involves taking and delivering food and beverage orders while ensuring a pleasant dining experience and maintaining a clean and safe environment for patrons.

Work Schedule: Available in both Full-Time and Part-Time options; shifts may vary.

Training: No prior experience is necessary; we are willing to provide training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for all work-related communications with management.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they understand company and client cultures.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
  • Assist in the recruitment and orientation of new staff, overseeing their training in designated areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
