We are seeking a Senior Field Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales team to implement service strategies for key accounts, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct essential chemical analyses, document findings, and manage inventory levels at client sites.
2. Deliver both routine and specialized technical assistance to clients, addressing and resolving their challenges effectively.
3. Support the sales team in initiating new applications within existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
4. Foster strong relationships with a diverse range of customers, guiding them in best practices for water management.
5. Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical dosing systems and monitoring equipment at client locations.
