Position Overview:

As a Family Nurse Practitioner at CareATC, you will have the opportunity to deliver patient care in a collaborative Health Center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

You will engage with an interdisciplinary treatment team to provide outstanding patient care. Our focus is on assisting patients with chronic disease management through personalized interventions, clinic support, and continuous education.

Your role will involve working closely with clinic staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive primary care services.

We are seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner to work part-time, specifically on Wednesdays from 1 PM to 5 PM, and Thursdays and Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications:

- Must be able to see children aged 2 and older.
- Provide virtual care when clinically appropriate.
- Experience in delivering primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical environment.
- Proficient in prescribing medications and treatments to address patient health issues.
- DEA certification required for prescribing and dispensing.
- Current licensure in the state(s) of practice.
- Compliance with all medical laws and HIPAA regulations.
- A strong commitment to health promotion, disease management, and prevention.
