Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Fundraising Manager to join our development team and help us meet our fundraising goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, building strong relationships with donors, and securing significant funding to support our programs.

About You

You have 7+ years of progressive fundraising experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills have enabled you to build a strong network of contacts across diverse audiences. You are a visionary thinker with strategic management skills, able to plan, direct, and report on multiple projects simultaneously.

Able to work effectively in a hybrid environment (3 days in the office, 2 remote days), occasional evening and weekend work is required for events and donor meetings. Salary is commensurate with experience between $125,000 - $145,000. A full suite of benefits includes health insurance, an employer contribution to a 403(b) plan, generous time off, paid holidays.
