We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapist Trainees. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

About the Role

This position is ideal for individuals currently pursuing their Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or those who have completed their MA degree and plan to sit for their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

The salary for this role is $52,000 annually, providing a competitive starting point for your career in ABA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality direct care services to children with ASD, focusing on increasing independence, skill development, and overall well-being.
  • Assist clients in achieving their goals by developing personalized plans and providing supportive guidance.
  • Participate in family and caregiver training sessions to ensure seamless collaboration and optimal outcomes.
  • Observe and provide direction to direct care staff to maintain consistent high standards.

Requirements
  • In a Masters Program for ABA or have completed MA degree with intent to pursue BCBA certification.
  • Ability to pass a DHS background check.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • A passion for working with children with special needs and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives.
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children, children with diverse needs, autism, or mental health diagnoses is highly preferred but not required.
