About the Role

Eleanor Health is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a key member of our treatment team. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will provide direct patient care for MAT, substance use, and other psychiatric disorders via telemedicine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with substance use disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote recovery and wellness
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in addiction medicine and mental health

Requirements

  • Current active, unencumbered Massachusetts Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license
  • MSN degree or higher
  • Current National Certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • Current active, unencumbered DATA 2000 Waiver to allow for prescribing MAT
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
