Overnight Shift Support Specialist

RemX is seeking a skilled Freight Forwarding Customer Care Professional to provide exceptional customer service and support for our clients in the Richmond, VA area.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading freight forwarder with a hybrid work schedule and access to comprehensive training and development programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and accurate updates on shipments to customers.
- Data entry and processing of customer shipment information.
- Processing and maintaining accurate billing records.
- Staying informed about provider updates and changes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and provider files.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
- Ability to work an overnight shift (10 pm - 8:30 am) on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with flexibility for training during normal business hours.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
