Job Summary

This is a full-time, hourly position at ADM, a leading global food and feed company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and load products into trucks, rail cars, and barges at the rail terminal.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks at the rail terminal and barge terminal.
  • Assist with grain handling and general housekeeping duties.
  • Operate heavy equipment, with prior experience preferred.
Requirements
  • Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture and adherence to company safety procedures.
  • High school education or equivalent preferred.
  • Regular and prompt attendance.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including prolonged standing and sitting, working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and nights.
  • Flexibility to work at multiple locations within the Tristate area.
