Position: HVAC Filter Installation Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Filter Installation Specialist responsible for the installation and replacement of HVAC filters across various systems while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires performing thorough visual inspections, documenting service dates, and completing necessary paperwork. The position involves working primarily outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC filters in diverse air handling units.
  • Ensure all debris and used filters are cleaned from rooftops and disposed of properly.
  • Conduct visual inspections of each unit during service visits.
  • Date and initial filters in the designated filter bank.
  • Document any deficiencies and communicate them to the manager for customer follow-up.
  • At the end of each service, remove and dispose of all waste generated during the work.
  • Maintain the service vehicle according to the specifications outlined in the vehicle guide.
  • Account for all tools and equipment used during service.
  • Load and unload the service truck as required.
  • Make deliveries and pickups as necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in HVAC systems.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
  • Capable of lifting over 25 pounds as needed.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Comfortable working on rooftops and in high-temperature environments.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites throughout the region.

Soft Skills

  • Strong team player.
  • Demonstrates accountability in all tasks.

Work Environment

This position is fully on-site and involves outdoor work in commercial and industrial settings, often at heights.
