Cardiovascular Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing cardiology team at Heart and Vascular Care, Inc. in Georgia.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will participate in the clinical assessment, planning of care, and treatment of patients in both office and hospital settings. Responsibilities may include prescribing medications, performing treatments, and staying up-to-date with current trends in healthcare practice through continuing medical education.
- Provide high-quality patient care in a team-based environment.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with physicians, other APPs, staff, and providers to ensure coordination and continuity of care for cardiovascular patients.
- Current licensure to practice as an APP in the State of Georgia.
- Maintain any required certifications for specific position.
- Flexibility to help cover other clinics as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, short/long term disability, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and holiday pay.
