Electrical Technician

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at our processing facility in Winchester, VA. As an Electrician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems, including conduit and wiring.
- Install and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems.
- Collaborate with maintenance planners to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Participate in the installation, startup, and debugging of new equipment.
- Support plant projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and adhere to all site rules and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to perform accurate work, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work all shifts, including second, third, and weekends, and holidays.
- Competitive hourly rate of $33.70, depending on experience.
